Hiring Desktop Delivery Lead for an MNC company in Banking domain.

- Desktop Delivery leader will lead a portfolio of projects through design, development, quality assurance and implementation of our Contact Center Applications and Systems.

- He/She will work with lines of business, architecture, and other dependent software teams to set direction for the platform and manage projects. The role involves supervision of team of employees, service providers and direct activities for execution of projects

Responsibilities :

- Lead the Contact Center Desktop Dev/Support organization through all phases of software development life cycle, project execution and deployment

- Work closely with the US based development team to deliver software to our customers

- Collaborate teams across organization and its partners in US/India

- Ensure quality of software delivery and a stable mobile banking platform

- Coordinate environment support, software release, performance tuning and system support.

- Supervise team of employees and service providers

- Responsible for staffing, budget and personnel related decisions.

Requirements :

Education : Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience : Overall 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years of leading software delivery

Mandatory Skills :

- Experience in one or more of the core areas

- Programming experience on MS technologies (asp.net) or Java/J2EE

- Advanced JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 focused on responsive design

- Application development methodologies including quality, stability and performance best-practices

- Strong in Webservices integration using SOAP, WSDL, JAXB and AXIS and RESTful services

- Experience of releasing to app stores and development experience on other mobile devices

- Experience in Agile and Lean methodologies

- Strong technical and human leadership skills

- Exposure to multi-cultural and global team environment

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills :

- Knowledge of core contact center functions, processes and operations

- Knowledge of CC Agents and Supervisor roles and responsibilities.

- Experience of working for or with a Fortune 50 US company

Work Timing : 11.30 a.m to 8.30 p.m
