Lead - Design Thinking

Design Thinking Lead:

Location: Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities:

- 5+ years of experience in Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design across diverse industries, Aprox.10 years of total experience

- Design Thinking training from a recognized school / institute

- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills; the ability to garner feedback from a variety of stakeholders across different levels and types of expertise

- Proven ability to prioritize and drive solution-centric efforts across a geographically distributed team of business and technology professionals

- Ability to effectively execute job duties in a collaborative manner and with sound judgement, pragmatism, and a bias toward results.

- Strong business acumen and ability to see the impacts of customer insight at a very high level

- Ability to be a high-impact player supporting multiple innovation initiatives and ideation campaigns

- Ability to onboard quickly for each workshop with clients with respect to problem statements

- Effectively steer / facilitate result oriented innovation workshops

- Follow up and ensure closure to ideas generated

- Encourage teams and staff members to practice design thinking for problem solving

- Institutionalize tools and methods for adopting design thinking in the organization

- Travel to domestic / international client sites as needed for the workshops
