Lead - Design & Development - Warehousing Systems

The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate with full time PGDIE / PGDIM / MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management from NITIE / SPJIMR / SJMSOM / VGSOM / DMS IIT Delhi from the passout batch of 2013/2014/2015/2016/2017 with experience in Warehousing Design and Development, Greenfield Warehouse Projects, Customer Services and Logistics in a FMCG / CPG / E-commerce/ Pharmaceuticals / D2C / Quick Commerce / Automobile / Consumer Durable Company.

The incumbent should be responsible for designing, developing and establishing state of the art warehousing systems including following KRA's :

1. Integrating Consumer goods Manufacturing and Logistics facilities

2. Designing & development of Hybrid warehouses, Conventional warehouses and Logistics automation technologies

3. Identification and scrutiny of requirements and Preparation of Business Model

4. Detailed engineering and finalization of specifications

5. Deployment and commissioning of technology

6. Stabilization of deployed solutions

7. Process Excellence in Automation Warehouse Operation / Maintenance

8. Driving Innovation culture in the Automated Warehouse

9. Driving sustainability and Renewal Energy agenda for Warehouses across India
