Lead - Demand & Supply Planning - FMCG

Job Description :

- Converting the demand plan as obtained from Brands into a valid production schedule suiting business requirements.

- Interfaces between the Brand Head and manufacturing unit for the creation of a production plan

- Long term capacity planning based on business needs and requirements with effective utilization of vendor and manufacturing units

- Optimum capacity utilization across industrial stakeholders including technology and factory operations team

- Network planning for alignment of '0 to 1' and '1 to 100' phase

- Monitoring of production delivery by ensuring timely vendor fill rate at the distribution centers

- Ensuring optimum inventory levels are maintained across Distribution Centers and stores

- Manages Warehousing & distribution to ensure availability of products to fulfil demand in a timely manner by coordinating with their zonal managers.

- Post Graduate Diploma in Operations with engineering background (Desired) or Relevant experience in Supply Chain

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain for medium to large organizations

- Future prospective in terms of vertical growth as the head of supply chain or growth in the horizontal sphere by expansion in overall portfolio
