Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the channel partners & ensure defectives are picked up from the channel after due process
- Create and manage process to evaluate the defective received back from the channel
- Create process to effectively use the defective to the OEM/ODM if applicable
- Understand & monitor the defective claims of channel and create metric to analyse channel on defective claim generation
- Reconcile with OEM on defective parts and ensure all claims are properly handled
- Ensure no loss to Reliance on account of claim rejection, improper claims or warranty void rejection
- Ensure that in event of rejection, counter measures are taken to recover cost from repair vendor
- Work closely with Channel support team to ensure claims are correct, verifiable and authentic for OEM claim processing .
Criteria :
- Must have after sales service experience from a reputed electronic or telecom firm.
- Must have experience in Channel management
- Minimum of 13 + years of experience in handset BIX or operator based company.
- Should have managed a claims process
- Should have worked in Channel management role
- Must have experience in telecom products
