Data Warehouse lead - Life Insurance -8 to 10 years

Our Client is a well established Life Insurance Company. The company is part of India's leading diversified financial services organization.

Role - Data Warehouse Lead

Role Summary - It will be a techno role requiring hands-on on ETL tools like Informatica (preferred), talent, DataStage etc., databases both MPP and SMP and data warehouse concepts.

Required Skillsets :

Hands-on experience on :

- Informatica (10.x) preferred over other ETL tools like Talend, DataStage etc.

- Any CDC tool

- Sybase IQ preferred over or any appliance/mpp database

- Working with complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data sets

- Sound understanding of data modelling and data warehouse concepts

- Should have involved in data migration project

- Ability to collaborate with business analysts to understand the requirements

- Domain understanding of Life Insurance will be preferred

- Experience on data governance would be added advantage

- Should have handled production support

Job Description :

- Should be able to manage a team of 10-15 ETL developers

- Understand the overall data warehouse application architecture

- Should have carried out performance improvement through query optimization, table definition, interpret database monitoring reports like AWR etc.

- Experience on AWS data platform technologies would be an added advantage

- Experience of snowflake would be added advantage

- Estimation, planning and tracking of multiple requirements till Go-Live

- Track E2E requirements, timelines and prioritization through project management tools
