Lead Data Scientist - IT

Job Role:

- Use expertise in machine learning to build robust predictive, propensity models

- Should be able to Demonstrate advanced predictive modelling technical and programming skills

- Explore various advanced modelling techniques used in Industry

- Guide and train team on analytical tools and analytical project management

- Validation and monitoring of analytical solution/scorecards developed

- Adhere to documented process and compliance requirements

- Good team leader who can manage team of 3-4 Data scientist

Job Requirements:

- Should be comfortable with model building in Python, Cloud environment, SAS

- Excellent knowledge of machine learning algorithms (XgBoost, Random Forest, Neural Network )

- Experience in recommendation engine work (collaborative filtering, content-based filtering)

- At least 10+ years of experience with advanced analytics

Personality traits:

- Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be level-headed, have good interpersonal skills

- Individuals with competency in advance analytics

- Highly logical individuals with appreciation of emerging analytical and marketing technologies

- Strong communication skills to effective interaction with business stakeholders
