Your Responsibilities : - Lead a team of data scientists towards building robust models for achieving game-changing growth e.g. recommendation engine to increase disbursal, customer retention model based on session data, purchase data etc. - Identify new data types that should be captured and work closely with the tech team to capture them - Build a culture of automation and strong monitoring Apply If : - You have 5+ years of experience in data science with 2-3 years of team leading experience - You have done your graduation from a premium school - You are excellent in scripting languages (such as SQL, Python) and common ML techniques (RF, SVM, NLP, graph databases). Working knowledge of neural nets preferred - You are able to build useful models for driving business growth - You have demonstrated leadership and self-direction - You are willing to teach and learn new techniques
