Lead - Data Science - Automobile/BFSI/KPO

Role Summary:

- Take end-to-end ownership of a high impact data science project from formulation, planning, architecting different solution approaches, implementation at scale, measure and deliver.

- Partner with different stakeholders across Product, Analytics and Engineering teams to deliver world class data science products.

- Demonstrate and drive deep technical expertise in solving real world retail business problems through the application of machine learning.

- Act as an SME on the floor and help build data science capabilities

Requirement:

- Proven track record of successful data science deliverable preferably in Automotive/ logistics/e-commerce or other domains

- Very strong background and theoretical foundation in machine learning & advanced statistical modeling concepts

- Proficiency in Python, R, Hive, Spark or related tools for model building

- Excellent problem solving & CS fundamental skills (theory, algorithms, data structures)

- Experience handling a wide variety of data of large volumes

- Experience collaborating with a team of data scientists in developing and delivering scalable enterprise level machine learning products/solutions

- Ability to collaborate in a global environment
