Lead - Data Protection - NBFC

Data Protection Lead - NBFC (Immediate Joiners only)

Please note : We're looking for mid-senior professionals with experience in Banking/NBFCs/Financial services domain only with experience of working across projects on PAN India basis.

Requirements :

I. Skills & Competencies: Internal Audit, Risk Management, Auditing, Regulatory requirements, HP data protector, Monitoring, Management

II. Education:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Certified Information Privacy Professional/Certified Data Protection Officer certifications are preferred/Certified Information Systems Security Professional

III. Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of company privacy and data protection policies, processes and standards that address privacy and data protection regulations

- Leads privacy and data protection impact assessments against business activity that involves personal information.

- Identifies privacy risks, leads resolution and the development of mitigation plans, and recommends safeguards and controls.

- Leads development and manages privacy risk management processes.

- Leads response to data subject rights requests and response to privacy incidents.

- Guides development of privacy and data protection training and awareness materials for employees.

- Communicates and collaborates with key stakeholders on internal privacy matters.
