4. Conduct gap analysis to understand areas of improvement. Agreement on data standards and actions to bridge gaps
5. Tracking Data completeness index and Dashboarding data index
Manage Data Quality index and Data augmentation
1. System validation for data quality, Master data management and Tracking Data quality index
2. One view of Data - new data sources and data orchestration
3. Data digitization and Data transformation Smart / derived variables
4. Third party and fintech for data collection and augmentation
Planning and implementing Data quality reports and additional insights for sales, customer profiling and operations
MIS dissemination and automation and Implementing Customer one view / 360 degree data and Digital Agenda
Resource Management
1. Ensure elaborate functional knowledge sharing and extensive training for Outsource / Developers team employees who can provide quality support.
