Lead - Data Analytics - BFSI

As an analytics lead , you will owning and running from end to end a set of analytics pertaining to a set of products .This will involve leading a team of analysts and interacting with business to create and run a joint analytics roadmap for set of product / use cases you will be managing. This includes understanding the business use case, overseeing the data pipeline creation (where needed) in coordination with the engineering team, story telling, model training , productionising and monitoring. The ultimate objective is to through data, increase revenue, reduce cost/ support decision making.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with various teams obtain relevant data for implementation. Able to set up visualize data pipelines that need to be set up in collaboration with Data Engineering team. Monitor the proper working of these data pipelines.

2. End to end solutioning for each use case from business problem. What is the core problem/ hypotheses and what kind of solution do we need to frame .

3. Story telling ,Insightsto support the hypotheses we are validating . Where needed automation on relevant visual analytics platform.

4. Building and deploying in production models- Python/ Cloud ML workbenches like Sagemaker

5. Creating automated dashboards/ reports to support story telling reports and to measure impact of various initiatives/ models built

6. Leverage Cloud technologies to drive innovation interms of solutioning . Once the individual has a handle on the business , also expected to bring ideas to the table

Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

Qualifications:

Essential : Graduate (B.E )./ MSC Stats/ MS Business Analytics/ MBA with analytics experience

Experience:

Essential :

- 8-12 years in the Analytics/ Data Crunching

- Thorough understanding of banking domain/ marketing analytics would be a plus point

- Knowledge of SQL is a must

- Working knowledge of R/ Python is required

- Some exposure to cloud platforms would be a plus

- Good communications skills is key to success in this role
