Lead Data & Analytics

Purpose : The role is responsible to create and publish reports and dashboards and provide insights to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Compile data and metrics from SuccessFactors and other platforms and aggregate data and ensure the quality of all data points.

- Prepare reports and publish dashboards.

- Support talent acquisition process with data and statistics for trends and performance.

- Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.

KPI :

- Error-free data, reports & dashboards.

- Timely publications of reports/dashboards.

- Process improvement.

Previous Experience Required :

- Experience in Successfactors or similar platforms and reporting tools including Excel.

- Must have worked on data analytics

- Worked with various functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and IT/Project team.
