Lead - Customer Service (Candidates from e-commerce companies only can apply) Key Responsibilities: - Design CE framework for delivering customer experience across various customer touchpoints with emphasis on Digital channels -WhatsApp, app, Community Crowdsourcing support and other channel like Call Centre , email and chat. - Conceptualize, plan, design and deliver Simple and easy Customer Journeys across lifecycle that are scalable using digital infrastructure. - Drive Customer experience and operational metrics for delivering Best in Class customer experience. - Absorb and replicate good practices available in organization Ecosystem so as to quickly scale the business while challenging the status quo and looking for opportunities to differentiate business CX. - The role requires extensive collaborative engagement with various stakeholders for delivering desired customer experience. - Engage , Collaborate and Drive Information Technology teams for delivering digital journeys across Customer touch points - Developing and implementing governance model between various Care Stakeholders in orders to achieve desired KPIs - Role requires understanding of budgets for commercial sustainability and growth. Operational or desired outputs have to be delivered in agreed budgets or cost to serve. - Role requires standard financial governance principle - Role is requires leadership by leading the values of the organization and encourages collaborative and cocreating working environment. - Role continues to strive for excellence and works towards differentiating customer experience for business customers - The person should be able to engage with various stakeholders to ensure customers get excellent experience at assisted acre.
