Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with CSD and design process to integrate into CSD requirement
- Understand CSD parameter such as churn, collection and impact of device TAT repeat repair on the same
- Address concerns of CSD and interact with CSD SPOC on issues concerning to customer service experience.
- To be SPOC for Devices to interact with CSD team and understand, analyse and respond to issues raised by CSD from time to time
- Analyse any new requirement from CSD and understand feasibility of the such requirement, work closely with Device after sales teams to fulfill such feasible requirements
- To monitor and review Service Performance of different states and ensure they are within the stipulated guidelines of performance.
- Work with cross functional teams - CSD, Marketing at HQ .
Criteria :
- Should have CSD experience in device role
- Should have managed device after sales service in device co.
- Should know the process of telecom org. vis a vis CSD and after sales support .
- Must have after sales service experience from a reputed electronic or telecom firm.
- Minimum of 10 + years of experience in handset BIX or operator based company in Devices role.
