Lead - Cross Sell - Insurance

- Handling Corporate's for Serving their Employee Benefit Insurance portfolio which includes Group Health Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance & Group Term Life Insurance.

- Responsible for all Retail Claims pertains to Life insurance/Accidental /Critical Illness for all Retail LOBs.

- Preparing of benefits manual & other presentations for corporates

- Monitoring of claim documentations & clearance of discrepancies.

- Develop dynamic pricing algorithms continuously analysing insurance data ensuring higher attachments, Cross-Sell & portfolio profitability

- Point of existing Insurers for Claims & Client Servicing requirements & ensuring delivery of superior products & service

- Drive continuous engagement activities with partners to develop product concepts ensuring business growth

- Collaborate with insurers for new product development including differentiated offerings and efficient pricing algorithms

- Assist a cross-functional team comprising legal, compliance & business functions to ensure regulatory compliant processes & offerings
