We have very urgent position in one of the reputed BFSI / NBFC brand :

POSITION - Lead - Cross-sell ( digital lending business )

REPORTING - Head of Digital Business

LOCATION :- Mumbai ( South Mumbai )

CTC : 26 to 32lacs p.a. approx ( depending upon a current package, experience, education, interview status )

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Purpose:

Key purpose of the role is to drive cross-sell for the digital lending business - i.e. up-sell of other financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, credit reports, etc to the customers who take a loan via the digital lending platform as well as cross-sell of loans offered via the digital lending platform to customers of partners, ABG ecosystem, etc. This role will be responsible for driving higher product attachment rate in the digital lending business through cross-sell, upsell, top-up.

Following skills, qualification will be relevant for the job:

- Commercial and business awareness (esp. financial services related - lending-related will be a plus)

- Strong understanding of financial services products in the retail context.

- Experience in Consumer insights development and idea generation thereon

- Business development and operational execution experience

- Problem-solving skills and initiative.

- Ability to influence others with strong relationship management skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Prior relevant work experience of 2-3 years

- The person will lead the cross-sell design and implementation for the digital lending business across all products available to and offered via the LOB - to help drive profitability at a customer level and for the business.

Job Context & Major Challenges:

- Ability to work with data and cull out insights relevant for upsell, cross, top up

- Relationship development and management with partner stakeholders as well as across ABG businesses

- Ability to work with external and internal stakeholders and drive project management within tight timelines

- Conceptualizing products and analyzing performance to drive day to day improvements and optimizations (agility critical for sustainability)

- Influencing partners and senior stakeholders cross-functionally to enable quick roll out

- Ability to dive deep into consumer insights to derive further opportunities for cross-sell, upsell and top up and implement the same.

Key Result Areas:

- Devising the cross sell strategy and plan (including financials, scale) for the digital lending business 


- Understanding user insights and need for cross-sell

- Evaluation of available third party products and fit with consumer proposition

- Partnership evaluation for scale, offering, profitability

- Conceptualizing cross-sell product/service offerings: driving innovation basis contextual needs of the customer

- Drawing up the cross-sell blueprint for the business with cross-functional alignment and seeking requisite approvals, sign offs for launch. Working with tech and other teams to drive implementation.

- Nurturing relationships with cross-sell partners to enable meaningful scale and improve customer lifecycle value - Detailed Project management to adhere to plan and timelines

- Keeping track of changes in the financial services ecosystem for newer products, needs for cross-sell in the context of the partner, consumer

- Tracking scale and quality on a day to day basis and identifying opportunities for improvement. Modifications agreed must go through launch-like project management for implementation

- De-bottlenecking any issues, wherever needed

- Tracking additional revenue through cross sell and driving it further - Working with the product managers to build product-wise cross sell propositions and specific modules

- Identifying areas of improvement for each product w.r.t. cross sell opportunity

- Work with cross-functional teams to set and achieve targets for cross-sell, higher product attachment

REQUIREMENTS ( ANY of these from BFSI ) :

1. BANKS ( Digital business arm ) / FINTECH firms with relevant experience of cross-selling financial products through online channel partners.

2. Max age 38.

3. Understanding of LENDING BUSINESS / ASSETS important.
