Lead - Credit Risk & Policy - NBFC

ROLE SUMMARY :

Lead the policy, portfolio monitoring and provisioning for Expected Credit Loss (ECL). Shape provisioning models and

credit policies in sync with defined strategies & evolving business ecosystem. Incorporate portfolio-monitoring

design and collaborate with credit team in its implementation & last mile trainings.

ROLE EXPECTATIONSILLS :

- Portfolio Monitoring activities with trend analysis

- Policy updation based on micro-segmentation and ensure absorption on the ground through trainings

- Continuous changes in the policy based on market practices

- Present data needed for ECL frameworks & methodology to audit & board

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

- Ability to work in an agile and dynamic environment in terms with alignment to the market practices

- Current experience in the policy and portfolio monitoring in a corporate role

- Understanding of ECL

- Has worked in a multiproduct and multi-segment environment

- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret trends
