Hiring for one of our key Client -Position will be that of a Credit Lead

Responsibilities:

- Detailed and objective assessment of unsecured business loan/merchant loan applications originating from across the country Develop credit model for underwriting hospitals, patients & suppliers of the healthcare ecosystem.

- Assess the profile based on performance against predefined criteria, as well as an independent analysis of borrower's credit profile.

- Credit appraisals of the loan proposals with the help of financial analysis of the customers, information, and comforts gathered through any channel.

- Capturing key data elements and analyzing them, interpreting the cross-period movements and understanding the macro mechanics of the system.

- Analysis of financial statements and performance review of the same and checking the rating of the individuals given by bureau companies.

- Assessing the creditworthiness of applicants by use of performance history and future forecasts along with liquidity, debt/asset management and profitability ratios.

- Responsible for the compliance to procedures laid down for processing, sanction, documentation and disbursement of various loan products.

- Scanning documents to avoid frauds and skips by minimizing the losses & implementing recovery strategies in case of payment defaults.

Other responsibilities :

- Ensuring high internal stakeholder satisfaction.

- Ensure adherence to credit processes and policies.

- Keep close watch on turnaround time and ensure speed with accuracy.

- Compliance & risk responsibilities, loan documntation and audit query resolution.

- Adhering to the company's policies and ensuring compliance of the same.

Educational Qualification and Experience :

- Minimum of 3+ years of lending experience in the finance domain in which the past 2 - 3 years should be in leading credit underwriting teams.

- Proven experience as a credit manager and hands-on experience in credit processes.

- In-depth knowledge of credit bureau data and inferences that can be drawn out of the data.

- Should understand invoice discounting & working capital loan products.

- Complete knowledge about KYC norms/requirements.

- Understanding of inherent credit, collateral, operational & fraud risks.

- Good knowledge and experience in industry practices relating to unsecured loans.
