Creative Design Lead
What are your responsibilities?
- Spearhead marketing and brand design for us through collaboration with cross-functional leaders and developing design systems
- Develop strategy and vision for our
brand, marketing, and user research- Uphold brand standards, set the tone of voice and consistency with global work being produced
- Influence a culture of diversity and inclusion and create an environment of experimentation, learning, empathy and belonging.
- Be an advocate and respected voice for all things
Design, brand, quality inside and outside the company- Elevate the
voice of the Design team company-wide
- Be hands-on - get involved with your team and show them how it's done, like a boss, literally
What are our requirements ?- 7+ years of experience of brand design and leadership including end-to-end execution, with a proven track record from B2B or B2C successes
- Proven track record as a highly effective people leader with an ability to contribute hands-on effectively
- Experience developing and driving long-term vision and strategy across design, brand, and marketing/advertising campaigns
- Experience integrating user research and design using both qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience building and leading high performing design teams
