Lead - Cost Control - Real Estate/Manufacturing Firm

Hiring for a Cost Control Lead for a Real estate company based in Okhla ( Delhi).

This is an Individual Contributor role , with support from MD's Office.

Qualification: CA/ MBA finance / ICWA

Role :

1. Tracks, analyses and controls the costs associated with a project

2. Challenges employees throughout the company to identify ways the business can save time or money

3. Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures to track project budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts

4. Conducts feasibility studies - Assessing capital and revenue expenditure over the whole life of a project

5. Responsible for estimating the time, labour and materials required to complete a project and controlling expenditures and reporting timely red flags

6. Leading vendor discussions in helping get the best quotations to help cost avoidance

7. Deed dive into all Reports and Dashboards prepared by all verticals and identify areas of improvement in Reporting. Designing the reporting structure, financial MISs and dashboards for the leadership.

8. Supporting the business in cost management and structured reporting to help business make informed decisions
