Lead - Corporate Strategy - Pharmaceutical

Our client is one of the top Indian MNC pharmaceutical leaders with a presence across India, Europe and the APAC region.

1. Role Responsibilities:

- The role would be largely responsible for strategy designing, market entry strategies, market access strategy as well and portfolio planning.

- Develop long-range and short-range plans to assist the decision-making across key businesses & functions including the global markets.

- The incumbent will be responsible to analyze and drive various acquisition and divestment opportunities from strategic and financial perspective.

- Strategically develop and manage budgets, forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning and decision making.

- Collaborate and closely work with the Group Vice President - Strategy and Investor Relations.

2. Job Specification:

1. Around 4-6 years of overall experience.

2. Pharma experience is a must. Candidates within the consulting arm like IQVIA, Deloitte, Accenture etc. are open to apply.

- Mandatory:

1. Candidates should be proficient in business development & portfolio planning.

2. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in medicine, Chemical or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

3. An MBA degree is a must-have qualification.

- Good to Have:

1. Candidates with MBBS and MBA qualifications will be a plus.

2. MBA from top-tier B-school would be preferred.

3. M&A experience would be an added advantage.
