Lead - Corporate Sales - Pharma

Industry: pref. healthcare or Pharma only

- Responsible for Sales from the Corporate and Institutes

- Shall be responsible for achieving Sales targets and prepare the Annual Budget forecast

- Overall responsible for the growth of the Company, Revenue generation, People growth, Market penetration.

- Develop marketing plan and strategy for products assigned

- Working closely with the Branding / Online team in planning and execution of the activities

- Providing constant feedback to the Branding head in Product development

- Personally Liaison with all the key referral doctors

- Identification of corporates for long-term association

- Well versed with Launching of new products and monitoring the success for the same

- Providing Feedback/tracking of competitor activities

- Establishing/maintaining and developing new customer/referral base

- Monitoring team's performance and motivate the team to achieve targets
