The role is responsible to ensure effective implementation of the HR initiatives and HR policies in the Sector to create a vibrant and performance driven culture. - Manpower planning and budgeting. - Implement recruitment policy, processes and monitor its adherence. - Develop a resume data bank and ensure its periodic updation. - Drive talent acquisition process & issue offers to the selected candidates for the positions Senior General Manager & below. - Ensure orientation program is done for all the new joinees. - Administer the PMS process as per schedule & guidelines - Ensure correct processing of PMS data and present it with recommendations of promotions, salary corrections etc. to Corporate HR - Analyse & present the training needs requirements from the PMS & talent talk - Implement Talent Talk Process as per guidelines issued by Corporate HR & draw a road map for career path and succession planning - Ensure effective implementation of Corporate HR policies. - Devise and implement Employee Retention strategies to reduce employee turnover & enhance engagement. - Resolve employee grievances and address their issues. - Organize all employee connect events. - Implement Employee Engagement Survey and Action plan as per guidelines issued by Corporate HR. - Develop and monitor Annual HR budget - Ensure statutory compliances and provide Administrative support for Area offices - Renewal of Agreements pertaining to Area offices in discussion with Sector - Liasoning with Govt. authorities for compliances pertaining to Sector
