Lead - Corporate Finance & Strategy

Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

2. Competition Analysis & Research : Knowing market solves half of business problems

3. Business Plan & Model

4. Understanding each aspect of business and bringing strategic insights

5. Investor Deck & reporting

6. Due Diligence support to HoF

7. As business grows - M&A, Fundraise. Partnerships, etc.

Key Requirements

1. CA/MBA in Finance/Strategy

2. 5-9 years of strong finance and strategy experience

3. Excellent Communicator having the ability to influence and persuade others.

4. Proactively work with Function heads, confounders and partners throughout the whole organization.

5. A commitment to demonstrably improving team metrics.

6. Must be positive, flexible, and proactive with a hands-on can-do approach.

Experience in working with a fast paced startup would be great to have.
