Lead - Corporate Communication - FMCG/Retail

1. Represent the organization through internal and external communication.

2.Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organization's mission.

3. Drafts proposals for special communications projects; presents on and promotes these projects to management.

4. Represents the company in a variety of settings, always promoting the company in the best possible way.

4. Coordinate with global corporate communication team and manage exchange of information, to be uploaded to global team as well as downloaded to country audience.

5. Organisation Webpage management for India operations in alignment with global team, including webpage content creation, posting and maintenance.

6. Lead organisation's CSR activities by identifying opportunities, designing CSR programs, networking with CSR associates, implementation of CSR programs and documentation of activities in alignment with CSR Council of the organisation.
