B2B - Corporate Sales Lead Job Description :
Hiring an enthusiastic Corporate Sales Lead who will be responsible for managing the entire B2B sales cycle from acquisition to relationship management.
Role :
- In this role, you will be owning the P&L for all B2B accounts with freedom and independence to shape up the execution strategy of B2B business.
This would mean :
- Formulating strategy for acquiring various category of institutions (corporates, colleges, hospitals, government etc.)
- Generating leads and acquiring new institutional clients.
- Maintaining relationship and increasing engagement among B2B Clientele
- Reporting the performance to all stakeholders with appropriate dashboards and tools for funnel management.
Requirements :
- Graduation/ Post Graduation from Tier 1 colleges (Top IITs/ NITs/ IIMs)
Prior Sales Experience of 2-8 years in one of the following areas :
- Selling preventive healthcare packages to corporates
- Selling Counselling/ Mental wellness services
- Selling HR management services/ tools
- Must have owned substantial individual sales targets and delivered them in the past. The compensation must have had a fairly significant portion of performance based component.
- Polished personality, excellent written and verbal communication for presenting to CXOs, Senior Management at colleges and corporates.
- This role is for someone who is energetic but also very organized such that he/she can generate leads, reach out to them, do extensive follow ups to acquire as well as maintain relationship by monitoring and enhancing usage.
