Our client a global consulting firm is looking for Control Testing Lead, on contract for 6 months post which the person has the possibility of being considered for permanent role. The selected candidate/s will be working remotely till the Covid 19 situation improves and thereafter they are expected to work onsite Role Summary: a. Managing SLOD Assurance resources to ensure efficiency b. Providing expertise on control testing by identifying critical risk controls c. Supervising the delivery of assigned control assessments, resolving or redirecting escalations. d. Ensuring process owners complete root cause analysis and formulate action plan e. Conduct periodic training for developing skill set f. Leading automated testing projects g. Internal Audit liaison role h. Process harmonizations across TODs i. Driving continuous improvement in process j. Understanding of Risk Management Framework and Non-Financial Risks, technology and cyber risks k. Knowledge in developing and deploying automated testing and data analytics techniques. l. Deep understanding of Risk Management Framework and Non-Financial Risks, including sound understanding / knowledge of technology and cyber risks Candidate Specifications: Relevant external financial services qualification (e.g. CA, CIA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CISA) 5+ experience in Global bank (Good to have)
