Lead - Contract Management & Customer Service Transformation - Agri/Commodity Trading Industry

- 12+ years of work experience in a similar role preferably in the Agribusiness / Commodity trading industry

- Experience in driving large scale global transformation initiatives is a key

- Proven track record of building & managing teams of 40

- Minimum Education Qualification - CA / MBA

- Additional experience with Project Management / Lean / Six Sigma / PMO certification will be a plus

Skills and Experience :

- Extensive competence in driving Global transformation initiative across Contract Management & Customer Service processes

- Extensive experience in leading a large team in a global matrix structure

- Significant experience in driving cost reduction through various transformation/transition initiatives

- An understanding of the cultural & change requirements and impact inherent in a large, complex organizational change initiative

- Proven track record of interfacing and collaborating with teams - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capability - History of successfully delivering results in a global, cross-functional environment

- An understanding of shared services operating models, experience in a shared services organization

- Working knowledge of leading practices & enabling technologies in shared services to support a shared service organization

- Extensive working knowledge of customer relationship management, SLAs, KPIs, metrics, and reporting

- Strong communications and presentation skills, the ability to make the complex, detailed information clear and actionable, as well as strong influence management skills to gain alignment and commitment
