Lead - Content & Public Relations - Conglomerate

Lead Content and PR || Delhi || 5 days working

A. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervise content for the group and its subsidiaries across all platforms - including website, press notes, press releases, annual reports and social media.

- Provide inputs to the group companies on opportunities for creating content and re-purposing content.

- For the Group office, write press releases and speeches, supervise copy of websites and social media content. Also, draft content from the desk of key leaders for the purpose of internal communication

- Brief and review the activities of the PR agency.

- Maintain close relationships with reporters and editors at media outlets.

- Assist key leaders to handle media queries and interviews.

- Respond to media inquiries and interview requests.

- Track effectiveness of media outreach and loop back for effective design of future outreach

- Stay abreast with competition posts/campaigns and new trends in PR.

- Share MIS /dashboards and insights with key stakeholders on a regular basis.

B. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 10-15 years of experience in Corporate Communications.

- Preferably from the Conglomerate, or service industry.

- Should have experience of working with PR agencies and Content supervision in digital media.

- Should have excellent English written and verbal skills. Excellent Grammar skills are also desirable.

Functional Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Robust planning and multi-tasking skills such as to manage multiple projects at the same time and manage multiple stake holders.

- Excellent Relationship building skills across levels.

- Extremely well-versed with communication tools and platforms such as WhatsApp, email, social media, Video conferencing, etc.

- Experience of having worked at a group office would be an additional advantage.
