Lead - Content Marketing - Global Consulting Firm

Job Description :

- This is an IC role, hands-on and the person should come from a content marketing background, preferably from a technology or consulting organisation

- This is a 4-day WFO opportunity, based out of Bangalore

Client Details : Our client is a leading global strategy consulting firm based out of Bangalore. With over 15 years of experience in the consulting world, they are expanding the teams and is looking at a seasoned marketing person, whose core strength is content marketing, to take up the responsibility of building the brand.

Description :

- This is an IC role, and the person will be mandated to build the brand, making our client a preferred brand among their target customers.

- This will be driven heavily via content and social media marketing, where the person will be responsible for strategizing and creating the content calendar, social media activities, leadership communication..etc.

- While the team is working with agencies, this will be the first senior hire in marketing and hence the person is expected to be hands-on, and be ready to take up assignments, even if they may not suit your seniority.

- In general, we are looking for a strong Content marketing or corporate communications professional, keen to move to a consulting organization and who is excited by the idea of sharing thoughts and ideas with a few of the brightest minds in the country.

Profile :

- 8-10 years of experience in content marketing or corporate communication

- Comfortable being the 1st hire in the marketing team and being hands-on

- Aspirational - someone who is looking to be a leader and build the team from scratch, irrespective of your experience range.

- Open to any background, as long as you have experience and exposure in B2B marketing, preferably from a consulting background

- Crisp, passionate, and someone who is open to working from the office 4 days a week
