Lead - Content & Communication - FinTech Startup

Opening for a Fintech Start up recently founded

Responsibilities :

1. Convert brand's messaging and agenda into consumable content basis the platform/audience.

2. Lead both visual and written content for various channels including youtube, facebook, partnerships.

3. Create meaningful content by the way of long-form content pieces - speeches, blogs, articles, website content, emailers.

4. Lead the entire team of content specialists, graphic designers, videographers and video editors.

5. Work closely with external agencies to churn out content (example videos/static) while following brand guidelines

6. Setting up processes with multiple teams (internal and external both) to maintain timelines for all deliverables

Required Experience :

1. 10 Years+ experience in creating and implementing content strategy

2. Leading a team of 10 or more people including content specialists, graphic designers, videographers and video editors

3. Experience in working closely with agencies, related to production and shoots.

4. Writing is at the core of what you have been doing.

5. Experience in creating and delivering campaigns at scale

6. Understanding of action driven digital advertising - facebook and youtube marketing
