Founded in 2006 we have worked with and served 300+ Organizations across Industries and Verticals.  We work in areas of Supply Chain Optimization, Warehouse and Material Handling Design including Factory & Logistics Automation, and Transport Planning & Control Towers.  Reporting Manager: VP Consulting 	  Location: Gurgaon   Job Summary  - The Lead Consultant performs and supervises assignments involving Layout Development, Planning, Engineering, and Project Management in the areas of Warehouse and Material Handling Design, and Factory Automation  - The successful Candidate will lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, gather and analyze facts, develop recommendations, and prepare and present reports. The position will have direct supervision over analysts and consultants. In essence, a Senior Consultant at ThinkLink is the overall Delivery Leader for the project and is also a significant participant in client stakeholder management.  - Our Consultants get the opportunity to work on challenging assignments which require and help develop domain expertise, need strong data management and analytical skills, and offer the opportunity to use world class tools for facility design and simulation.  - ThinkLink has a strong implementation focus, and work along-side clients, with a hands-on approach to implement our recommendations, and measure results. Therefore, our Consultants need the ability to work in the office, present in a board-room, and roll up their sleeves and work on a warehouse floor.  - Lead Consultants are expected to develop deep domain expertise, champion capability and team development, mentor staff, and role model ThinkLink values to the team and clients on a day-to-day basis.  - Lead Consultants also have to support sales and Pre sales as a part of their job role.  Key Responsibilities  - Lead and Manage Project involving warehouse, plant, or logistics park design including storage and material handling systems with high degree of automation in some cases.,  - Participate in the proposing and selling of Management Consulting Services  - Mentoring Junior Staff, a hands on and down to earth Team Leader  - Contribute to setting the Strategy and Business Plan of the firm in areas of domain expertise  - Contribute to achievement of Business Targets in business acquisition and delivery  Education Requirements   - Bachelors Degree in Engineering (IIT’s & Tier 1 Engineering Colleges only)  - Masters (Business/Engineering) in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred)  - Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)  Skills and Knowledge Requirements  - 6-8 years of prior experience of working in the domain of Warehouse and Plant Layouts, Material Handling Design, Integrated Automated Material Handling Systems  - Experience in a Supply Chain /Logistics Consulting environment is mandatory.  - Outstanding problem solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis   - Demonstrated Project Management skills are a must, including with stakeholders in a client organization and delivering projects  - Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Simulation tools is required  - Experience of developing solutions using Material Handling Automation is preferred  - Exposure to working on databases, Access and SQL, is preferred   - Expert use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and tools like Visio and MS Project is expected   Personal Characteristics  - High on Integrity  - Willingness to “do what it takes”  - High Level of interest in developing passionate and high performing teams  - Individual commitment to Excellence  - Passionate about creating value and impact for the client  - Impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach  - Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities  To apply please with an updated CV, current location and current compensation details
