Lead consultant

Location: Bangalore, India

Years of Experience - 5-8 years in Sales & AM, Sales Consulting, Pre-Sales

Core Competencies: Key Account Management, CRM tools and Enterprise sales, Direct Sales, Ability to carry sales targets, Pre-Sales & Solutioning

Responsibilities:

For the End Client:

- Develop understanding and knowledge of client's business end to end 


- Analyze clients- existing practices and make recommendations for improvements

- Conduct market research specific to client's industry 


- Research into the company, its financials, the competition, etc

- Prepare a GTM for the client, including:

Sales approach

Sales model

Recommended org structure and JD

Tools and collaterals

Targets and incentives

- Implement necessary processes, deliver and continuously meet clients- expectations o Monitor and review progress of the recommended GTM for the client

- Understand product / services benefits and prepare strategies to articulate the message with the target audience

- Enable clients team to prospect, pitch & close sales; Pipeline Management

- Provide trainings to existing sales team and newly hired team as and when needed

- Analyze customer buying trends and provide forecasts sales plan for new markets and trends

- Forecast and target setting for annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Ensure the team owns and runs this

- Ability to gather and articulate Competitive intelligence on product/service offerings of the client

For Us:

- Maintain healthy pipeline of prospects for gosonix

- Ensure End Client is satisfied with delivery

- Responsible for P&L of account being handled

- Continuous improvements to the current processes and repository of tools available with gosonix

- Prospect, pitch & close sales; Pipeline Management

- Train and onboard new hires in the team

- Gather market and customer information

- Understand customer objections and address them - technical, legal and financial

- Cross sell and upsell to new & existing customers

Need to have

- PG from premier institutions in India or Abroad

- Experience working in a Product/Technology firm or Consulting firm

- Ability to do Market analysis, competition analysis through both primary and secondary research

- Experience in opportunity qualification, account management, account development, and working with sales targets

- Sales experience in selling software solutions to large enterprises

- Experience in mapping and engaging decision makers at the enterprise level

- Ability to work through long sales cycles

- Excellent verbal & presentation skills. Strong written communication skills

- Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO / Salesforce / Sugar etc

- Experience in handling a sales team

Good to have

- Prior experience in Sales & Strategy consulting

- MBA with a specialization in sales is an added advantage
