Job Purpose: 1. Identify and detail out Synergetic new growth opportunities specifically specialties. 2. Identify and detail out new growth avenues independent of current portfolio, geography. 3. Develop realizable concepts in field of Green Chemistry, renewable energy and deployment of new age technologies e.g., CCUS /Electrolysis/Electrocatalysis etc Key Accountabilities &amp; Outcomes: Identification of New Business Opportunities: - Assisting Sector Head/ Other Sectors in identification of new business opportunities through discussion with Technology Suppliers, web portals, Technical magazine/Seminars etc - Development of project concepts - Identification of technologies, feedstock suppliers and engineering partners Cross Sectoral Co-ordination for developing synergetic growth opportunities - Understand from various sectors the new business opportunities based on their core knowledge base and market intelligence - Convert ideas into concepts and interact with project development team to create internal pre-feasibility report - Prime objective to climb value chain along the available product platforms Identifying and developing new growth opportunities - Identify and develop avenues for strategic growth including new products, M &amp; A opportunities, JV opportunities local and internationally. Develop Green Chemistry, renewable and cutting edge technology concepts - Identifying green opportunities, technologies, Technocomeercia analysis good to reach internal acceptance stage gate - Co-ordination with external agencies including government bodies, technology companies, potential investors in such projects Identifying talent to be part of the small but focused team to deliver above growth plans - Building small focused end results oriented team with specific skill set
