Lead Consultant -Contact Centre Solutions (Travel Domain)

Nature of Work

- Would be responsible for Pre-sales and Solution's for opportunities for Contact Center Operations (Voice, Semi-Voice, Email, Transaction processing) in Travel segments.

- He/She would be responsible for responding to all RFPs and RFIs, providing pre-sales support to this segment and helping the practice development.

Job Responsibilities:

- Create customized solutions which address client business constraints and leverage strengths of the Organization

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends - Research competition and updates on global market trends

- Conjuncture business challenges which are specific to target client and leverage our analytical experience

- Propose delivery alternatives which address risk and investment appetite, stand out against industry competition and increase chance of our Organization's success in bid process.

- Sales Support - Understand total solutions, Opportunity Assessment, Analysis of RFP/RFI/RFQ Documents, Discoveries & Scoping Workshops, Interview and collect requirements directly from clients / prospects, present capabilities, lead or act as Subject Matter Expert, Create scope documents, Design global delivery models, Create Work Orders/Change Orders for existing customers, Establish business architecture

Prior work experience:

- Min 10 - 13 years of experience and with very sound experience in Contact Centre Solutioning with leading BPO/KPO supporting (Voice, Non voice & semi voice, EMail/Chat support) for Travel Vertical.

- Should be able to understand and have strong experience in solutioning in third party outsourcing environment.

- Client Engagement with senior member of the client`s team

- Inter-personal, team management and project management skills

- Facilitation and conflict resolution skills
