Responsibilities General Position Purpose and Nature:-

1. Business development, client handling, preparation & presentation of business pitches / proposals

2. Market and feasibility studies

3. Deals negotiations

4. Negotiations Management Contracts 5. Business strategy formulation 6. Documentation / follow-up

Key Accountabilities and Duties:-

1. Good understanding of the Hospitality concepts (including legal & Contractual)

2. Negotiation skills

3. Patience and perseverance

4. Excellent communications skills - written as well as verbal

5. Excellent presentation skills

6. Experience in handling in advisory assignments

People Management Responsibilities:-

1. Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client, staff and demands

Professional experience and Competency Profile

Qualifications/ Education - Degree / Diploma in any stream + Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration (Mktg / Finance) / Hotel Management preferred or NICMAR or RICS.

Experience of 5 - 7 years in Consultancy or Transactions in Hospitality industry.
