Lead Consultant - XSEED Education Leadership

Goal:

1. Build a sustainable XSEED Education leadership presence and revenue in the designated geography and help build the overall business over next 2-3 years

2. Build a best in class customer development presence of skill and repute in key customer organizations in that geography

Context:

Work:

- We have one position in Mumbai . The position will report to the Principal Consultant. Candidate will have to build a customer base of key clients to deliver revenue for the year 2013 and grow the market.

- Will have to generates revenue based leadership development initiatives & proactively develop and maintain client relationships through targeted business development and account management within the specified region. Will have to interact with senior executive level customers & drive a solution-focused client strategy.

- Will have to collaborate with all internal colleagues to ensure high quality and value-based client relations are developed and managed.

Competencies:

1. B2B Solution Sales: Knowledge of selling, negotiation, and commercial process in the context of a B2B sale.

2. Account Management: Knowledge of account handling. Experience of key account management.

Skills:

1. Skilled in solution selling and spoken business communication. The candidate must be a model solution provider, and deal-maker.

2. Motivation: He/she will be able to both transmit his/her passion to the client/peer team. Ability to continuously motivate oneself especially in hard times.

3. Planning & Execution: Ability to create a mental picture of all the critical landmarks for the year and plan towards making them happen. Constantly follow-up to ensure it happens.

Behavior:

1. Ambitious and goal driven. If not 100-200% growth will seem nonsensical and - too much- .

2. High on tenacity and does not give up easily, especially when big organization comfort is missing.

3. Can work with a peer group which is much more senior and experience yet be demanding in serving the client

4. Transparent in communication. Can assert point of view openly and fight for ideas.

Profile:

- MBA with 3-6 years of post MBA experience in client facing roles and at least 3-6 years in solutions selling is a must.
