Job Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities
- Should be aware and have high level of knowledge of the latest IRDAI/Insurance Act compliances.
- Conduct compliance audit - Individually checking various audit points and confirming the actual status on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible for identification and prioritization of compliance issues and coordinating with respective stakeholders/interested parties for Closure of audit findings in defined timeline.
- Responsible for driving Compliance program and providing Security & awareness training.
- Responsible for documentation of Compliance related Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.
Critical Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Behaviors) :
- Ideal candidate should be a CA/CS/Graduate with work exposure of at least 8-12 years.
- Prior Experience in Internal Audit and Compliance Audit operations essential.
- Must have experience in Compliance Audit function in the Insurance Industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluent in both written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of IRDA guidelines on all aspects of Insurance aspects.
- Proficient in MS Office and - back-office- software
