Qualification - MBA -Full Time Only from Tier 1/2 College only
Summary-In this role the incumbent will need to act as a Head of PPR (Performance, policies & rewards) the team takes care of compensation & benefits management along with performance management for the entire company
Responsibilities/Job Activities:a)Total Rewards: - Responsible for annual compensation revision exercise.
- Design and execute Employees Rewards & Recognition program.
- Payroll management @ corporate level.
- Manpower and Salary Budgeting
- Compensation designing, Benchmarking, Job Evaluation and the making of pay ranges
- Long service and other Awards/Rewards
- Conduct awareness session for new joiners on co
b)Performance Management: - Drive end-to-end Performance Management exercise.
- Design and execute Innovative appraisal systems & processes.
- Knowledge of SAP (Success Factors) and MS Office (Excel, PPT & word).
- Develop Awareness among employees through training sessions via Business HR for the entire PMS cycle.
- Run Simulation exercises to see the distribution of ratings across BUs and functions.
c)HR Policies:- Designing Existing / New policies through understanding organization need and market standard
- Involved in Strategical decision-making and planning activities
d)Strategic HR Projects:
- Projects related to HR digitalization & automation
- Projects related to HR analytics
Competencies Required:
- Strong Communication Skills with employees/HR Management
- Excellent Coordination Skills especially during projects/ new initiatives implementation
- Analytical & Project Management bend of mind
- HR Analytics Compile different data points using spreadsheets, other tools and analyses data for information-driven decision making and strategy planning.
- Proficient in Advanced MS excel & other MS Office apps
