Hiring for a Senior role in Compensation and Benefits for a Leading Company in Pharma Sector.
The position will be part of the new Business Services Compensation Solutions Team, based in a centralized location.
- This role will be responsible for providing leadership, managing and implementing the selected C&B services and continuous improvement initiatives as well as managing the relationships with the service recipients in the countries.
- The role will provide high level expert support and consultation to the business and HR management.
Required:
- Eight-ten years of experience in Compensation and Benefits and/or Service Delivery Management essential
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing team - high-learning agility
- Ability to work in global matrix organisation and manage global stakeholders
- Ability to lead high-performing teams
Desirable : World at Work or HR qualification
