Incumbent will play a key role in the Rewards Team and will be responsible for the management of multiple aspects of the company's Total Rewards programs.
- Total Cash Compensation
- Benefits Plan Design & Administration
- Market Benchmarking/Intelligence
- Job Mapping & Evaluation
- Manage HR Compliance
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders regarding compensation related issues, evaluating new positions, job bands, grade levels, job descriptions, promotions and transfers
- Work closely with HR Head in rolling out C&B initiatives
- Provide in-market support to annual pay review, merit cycle, bonus cycle, relocations, offers, insurances etc.
- Lead People Analytics - Measure and analyze key data trends and drive strategic insights based on data
- Drive adoption, communication, and change management of any systems changes and/or new system launches in collaboration with internal teams
- Head payroll and related activities of stat compliance and audits
