- To lead Compensation & Benefits and HR Shared Services, Performance Management Process for a start-up NBFC
- Design Policy guideline and structure for compensation and Benefits management.
- Execute and build the Performance Management processes with respect to data analyses in line with budgets & the proposal finalization document as per given timelines.
- Build processes to align organization goals, functional goals and individual goals and build an effective performance culture in the organization
- Set corporate guidelines for annual salary reviews and KPI payout across geographies considering business performance, individual employee performance, relevant market benchmarks and trends.
- Define and Provide MIS & Analytics periodically on compensation and benefits utilization & ensure controls. Support in New Initiatives and Special Projects
- Solid understanding of full- Employee Life Cycle Management, its operations procedures and implementation to ensure 100% compliance, high-quality back-end and zero-observation audits
- Design employee promotion policies and boost employee morale by implementing performance-based bonuses. Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions and manage the department's budget
- Employee Stock Options Management - Policy design/ structure, tax implications, execution and managing vesting schedules.
