Role: Lead - Compensation and Benefits Location: Chennai, India Responsibilities: - Executes global C&amp;B processes to support and align with the business needs and strategy. Areas include global benefits programs, policy framework, annual and periodic salary review processes, Annual Incentive Plans, M&amp;A, equity processes and employee insurance renewals. - Analyses complex data, provides performance and compensation &amp; benefits analysis and simulations on individuals or groups to support decision making.&nbsp; - Provides ongoing support to the business (managers, employees, Finance, legal, HR and other functions) on the various aspects of compensation &amp; benefits. Maintains ongoing contact with external compensation and benefits vendors. - Exceptional requests - Provides research and data analysis, (e.g., forecasts and simulations) for HR or C&amp;B managers for exceptional /nonstandard/tailored compensation and benefits packages or elements of pay. - Develop communication materials regarding the various aspects of compensation &amp; benefits.&nbsp; - Conducts analyses of market trends, providing basic insights from compensation &amp; benefits surveys. - Performs costs analyses and forecasts, providing data and insights to stakeholders at the corporate economics and management levels.&nbsp; - Monitors specific employee-related costs and budgets throughout the years. - Mergers, Acquisitions &amp; Rebadging&nbsp; - Is involved with projects such as restructuring activities, mergers &amp; acquisitions, rebadge transfers. - Own and manager HR Information Systems, C&amp;B modules and related systems- are engaged with operating systems as well as the upload/download of data. Develops and generates reports from IT systems and databases and perform data reconciliation.&nbsp; - Is involved in the configuration and testing of new HR Information systems. Critical Experiences - Must have experience in and proficiency with advanced spreadsheets at a high level, preferably in the use of formulas and macros - 7~8 years of experience including relevant experience in economics, finance or HR - Experience working in a multicultural global company - advantage Credentials - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics, Statistics, HR or the equivalent. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration. - Post graduate diploma or degree in HR or equivalent - advantage
