Compensation Strategy & Benchmark : Managing the development and implementation of compensation including all aspects of basic pay, incentives (both annual and long term), and equity awards Employee Benefits: Custodian for all employee benefit programs like insurance and health schemes, make necessary recommendations and improvements
Sales Incentive Plans : Benchmarking of sales incentive plans for various distribution channels within the organization and across the industry, Design and rollout attractive role specific and channel specific incentive programs, Assessing the effectiveness of existing sales incentive plans structure, Programs and future organization needs
Job Banding & Evaluation : Updating of all job descriptions, Performing Job Evaluation exercise for the new roles and promotion cases, Ensure timely submission of complete documentation and data points for the various Job Evaluation Committees
Manpower Planning & HR Strategy : Collaborating with function Heads on gathering manpower requirements in line with evolving business imperatives, Preparing Smart workforce planning basis on the key business drivers, Budgeting the manpower requirements and fitment into the head cost provisioned
HR Compliance : Responsible for all statutory compliances of PF,ESIC, Gratuity & PT through coordination with branches, HR Ops & Vendors, Specific interventions on the notices received from various authorities
