- Lead a team to deliver thought leadership reports and benchmarks in the C&B space - Deliver industry level compensation reports, as-well-as, custom/peer-cut reports to clients in the Hi-Tech space - Deliver research studies on topics such as campus compensation, salary increase, hiring, attrition, employee benefits, Long Term Incentives (LTI)etc. by conducting primary and secondary research. Desired skills and other requirements : - Compensation and benefits consulting experience or experience in internal consulting for C&B teams across multiple countries in an MNC preferably in the Hi-Tech space. - Experience in conducting Job mapping and Job evaluation exercise. - Good understanding of employee benefits, campus compensation, salary increase, hiring, attrition, LTI practices and policies. - Good understanding of various job mapping frameworks, Job evaluation, Variable pay, LTIs, Incentive design etc. - Strong project management and client management abilities. - Effective analytical skills to undertake secondary research, gather market intelligence related to assigned projects and make sound recommendations backed by research outcomes - Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.
