Community/Social Media Lead
Responsibilities :
- Managing Social Media handles
- Ideating, Planning and executing new marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with sellers to drive user generated content & community building
- Branding and Communications (In-App Push Notifications, Email Newsletters, Banners)
- Analyse effectiveness of social media activities and build strategies to improve effectiveness
- Manage Influencer Marketing Campaigns
- Participate in conducting Pop-ups, physical seller meetups, college events
Skills we're looking for :- Understands GenZ, Pop Culture, & is creative with new ideas
- Good with Illustrations and video editing
- Enjoys working in cross functional role
- You are good at connecting with people, be it at sales pitches or building team culture
- You have a metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work Individually with minimal or no supervision
- Extra Brownie Points - If you have experience with Influencer Marketing/ FB Ads
Eligibility :- 2+ years of experience in managing Communities/ Instagram Handles
- Extra Brownie Points- A good personal social media follower base (10K+) or Have prior startup experience.
