Major Responsibilities:

- Lead the Procurement function i.e. Operational items, Consumables, Capex, Direct & Indirect Supply & Services

- Ensure the commercial process to be initiated with strict adherence of company SOP & Group Philosophy

- Strategic sourcing & procurement with excellent negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of Import procedures for effective implementation.

- Implementation of advanced ERP system like SAP, Reverse Auction & SRM

- Identify, Review and develop existing and new vendors for achieving cost and functional effectiveness.

- Ensuring and sending RFP, RFQ, receiving of bids in timely manner

- Evaluation of the offer and ensuring the negotiation process based on the estimated costings

- Benchmarking with best performing companies in the industry and Identification & implementation of best intenational commercial practices.

- On time placement of order, MIS to improve the procurement efficiency through reduction in lead time & cost savings through strategic source
