Lead - Collection Analytics & MIS Job Description : - To Build Efficiencies in collection processes through automation, in MIS & Reporting, Allocations, Tracking and controllership. - To design, build, test and maintain collection systems - To drive resolutions, penal collections and recoveries through Data Analytics and Insights. - Building the Collection Data Ecosystem for Allocation, Cost Management, Partner Management, Rewards & Recognition - Bringing together the data from different source systems - Automation of Collection Processes - BRD preparation, Submission and Delivery of Data Lake requirements for collections - Automation of MIS & Data Visualization - Driving projects where multi-functional stakeholders are involved. - Data Analysis to reduce cost of collections, increasing penal & recoveries - Socialization and Democratization of Data. - Hardcore BIU experience in Retail Lending Unsecured products such Cards, PL, CD, TW etc. - Deep understanding of delinquencies, collection processes and collection metrics - Expertise in data mining on large data sets - Expertise in Functional Areas like DWH, Automation & Data infrastructure - Proficiency in tools such as SAS, SQL, MS EXCEL, Tableau, SFDC etc. - Proficiency in R, Python etc. will be added advantage
