COE, Performance & Compensation Lead  Key Responsibilities :   - To plan and manage the program from design to implementation [entire life cycle] in alignment with the strategic intent of the program for both Rewards & performance.   - He /she will manage key Programs /Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.   Key activities :   - Compensation Planning & Budgeting   - Conducting /Analyzing Industry Benchmark Surveys   - Reviewing and designing Compensation and benefits structure   - Developing year-end merit increase matrix   - Designing & Implementing Incentive Schemes   - Regular Review & Designing of C&B Policies, Practices and Processes against Internal & External benchmarks.   - Managing implementation of C&B programs and processes, ensuring compliance to schedules, structures and processes.   - Interaction with line leaders to proactively think through issues/ challenges in rewards.   - Represent the organization in external forum on various reward programs   - Work closely with business to design the KPP framework for Middle management/Sr management teams.   - Evaluate and assess achievement of people on the set goals.   Ideal Candidate should be able to :   - Ability to independently handle compensation cycle right from budgeting to letter release. Preferably handled atleast two compensation cycles.   - Communicate effectively with all Leaders in HR as well as in the Delivery   - Front end the benchmarking exercise with all the consultants and the internal stakeholders   - Program Manage all internal / process improvement initiatives   - Analytically handle the situations in hand, and offer solutions with relevant data points
